This automation was triggered by a high-intent lead magnet: a self-publishing cost calculator. Once a visitor submitted their quote request, they were entered into this follow-up sequence designed to nurture interest, reduce hesitation, and drive conversion.

🧠 Why It Worked
Cost calculators are powerful because they attract warm leads—people already considering a purchase. By engaging immediately and following up with targeted content, we were able to capitalize on momentum and position Firebrand as a trusted solution partner.
These sample emails were written as part of a lead nurturing campaign for electric vehicle dealerships. The sequence was designed to engage high-intent leads who showed interest via social media or their website.
Each email was crafted to address the EV buyer’s journey—moving from curiosity to confidence, then conversion. The goal was to educate, build trust, and guide prospects toward scheduling a test drive or speaking with a sales rep.
